Yoga at Inspired

Robin is stepping down from her role as yoga teacher for the winter. She encourages everyone to continue daily yoga practice at home, integrating what was learned from the classes. Also, make time to visit  Inspired, where she taught the classes.  Inspired is a gift shop on 4654 Water Street in the heart of Columbiaville. There are many unusual re-purposed and found items for sale at reasonable prices. Plenty of parking.

Yoga classes may resume next year. Keep practicing on your own at home!yantra-lc

  1. Hi,
My gosh your farm sounds like such a wonderful place!

I’m interested in the Yoga class. Please tell me which type of Yoga you teach and how much you charge for the classes. I love Hatha yoga but would like to know what you teach.
Thank you so much, and thank you for having this wonderful farm.

    1. Hi Maura ~ I teach a beginners class using the method I learned from Swami Satchidananda and the Integral Yoga Institute. The class is 1 1/2 hours. It includes chanting, breathing technique, and deep relaxation as well as yoga postures. I ask $10. If you like the class, you can pay $50 for 6 classes and come whenever its convenient for you. The class is lively yet very deep. I hope to see you there.
